Holiday Suites works with a fully digital reception. This means that you will receive access codes that will be active from 3pm on the day of your arrival and you can choose when to arrive.
This means that if you arrive after 10pm, you will have access to your suite at all times. However, please note that our Customer Service is reachable daily from 8 am to 10 pm. Outside these hours, we will not be able to assist you with further questions.
