You will receive your access codes 2 days before your arrival via e-mail and SMS (if you have given us your mobile number). Contact our contact center if you haven't received them.
Please note: if your booking is not completely fulfilled, you won't receive any access codes and you won't have access to our suites.
On the spot
If you enter your code on the spot and press the wrong code or key, you have 5 more attempts until a red light starts to pin. Wait 1 minute until the light stops pinging, and try again. Are you still experiencing problems? Contact us on +32 (0)2 588 03 03.
